Responsibilities * Direct execution of gardening work on site: planting, irrigation installation, earthworks, site preparation, turf laying, etc. * Supervision and support of field team, working side by side with workers. * Daily monitoring of progress, needs, and immediate resolution of incidents. * Use, basic maintenance, and supervision of machinery and tools. * Support in material organization and ensuring correct technical execution of the project. Requirements * Minimum 5 years of proven experience in landscaping or gardening projects. * Highly practical, problem-solving profile accustomed to physical labor. * Solid knowledge of irrigation systems, plant species, substrates, pruning, machinery, and planting techniques. * Ability to lead teams from the field by actively participating in tasks. * Valid driver's license. * Residence in Malaga or nearby areas.
