Maintaining order and hygiene in the work area. **Join our team!** At Dia España, we are looking to hire a **Fishmonger** for our local supermarket in Torrox, committed to quality and customer service. #### **What will you do on a daily basis?** * **Customer service and advisory support:** Providing friendly, high-quality service, addressing customer questions, and assisting with selection of fish counter products. * **Cutting, cleaning, and preparation of fish and seafood:** Cleaning, filleting, and presenting products in accordance with food safety and quality standards. * **Display setup and restocking:** Assembling and restocking the fish counter display to ensure order, freshness, and attractive product presentation. * **Maintaining order and hygiene:** Performing daily cleaning of the work area and tools, following established safety and hygiene protocols. * **Inventory management:** Monitoring stock levels, expiration dates, and ordering needs to ensure the best fish counter products are always available.
