What you need to succeed at XPO. * At least 2 years of experience in transportation companies, enabling you to understand sector-specific characteristics. * Strong communication and interpersonal skills to foster effective interaction with our collaborators and colleagues. * Analytical ability to support data- and indicator-driven decision-making. * Planning, organizational, and control capabilities to carry out your work efficiently and ensure daily task execution. * Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Office and IT tools to operate our software systems. It would be great if you also had: * Intermediate academic qualifications and specialized training in transportation. * Intermediate-to-advanced level of English.
