A prestigious construction sector group urgently seeks a stable **Assistant to Director**, with strong management, organizational, and industrial vision capabilities, to directly support the Director \- Management team in production, cost control, procurement, and commercial management.

**EDUCATION:**
* Engineering degree.
* Knowledge of steel structures, construction, reinforcement bars, or similar fields.
* Knowledge of production and costing.
* Advanced proficiency in digital tools \- ERP.
**RESPONSIBILITIES:**
**\- OPERATIONS MANAGEMENT AND PLANNING.**
* Supervise and monitor workshop and site production, ensuring adherence to established deadlines.
* Plan production and optimize allocation of material and human resources.
* Coordinate production, technical office, and administrative departments.
* Implement and monitor organizational and productivity improvements aimed at enhancing operational efficiency.
* Define and consolidate a clear, efficient, and professionalized organizational structure.
**\- MANAGEMENT CONTROL AND PROFITABILITY.**
* Monitor manufacturing costs, analyze variances, and propose corrective actions.
* Prepare periodic reports on production, productivity, and profitability for senior management.
* Track key performance indicators (KPIs) to ensure objective achievement.
* Provide periodic, structured reporting on activity progress to senior management.
**\- PROCUREMENT, SUPPLY CHAIN AND SUPPLIER MANAGEMENT.**
* Manage and negotiate with strategic suppliers to secure optimal purchasing terms.
* Oversee material supply, tracking purchase orders, delivery schedules, and supply levels.
* Manage steel and auxiliary material inventories, optimizing storage, turnover, and availability.
* Evaluate supplier performance by monitoring quality, delivery timelines, and service reliability.
**\- COMMERCIAL MANAGEMENT AND CUSTOMER SERVICE.**
* Maintain direct customer relationships, providing technical and operational support to the commercial department.
* Monitor key contracts, verifying compliance with economic conditions, deadlines, guarantees, retention clauses, and payment terms related to strategic customers.
**\- MAINTENANCE AND IMPROVEMENT OF PRODUCTIVE ASSETS.**
* Monitor the condition of machinery and production facilities.
* Coordinate preventive maintenance plans and spare parts management to minimize incidents and downtime.
**\- STRATEGIC BUSINESS DEVELOPMENT.**
* Collaborate with senior management on corporate growth initiatives, expansion processes, strategic alliances, or integration of new business lines, contributing an operational and organizational perspective.
**REQUIREMENTS:**
* Technical education, preferably in Engineering.
* Leadership and organizational capabilities.
* Problem-solving, proactive, and results-oriented profile.
* Minimum 3 years of experience in the construction sector.
* Valid Class B driver's license.
* Routine use of computer applications and document management platforms.
* Negotiation skills and experience interacting with customers and suppliers.
