




Job Summary: We are seeking a candidate to provide daily operational support, document management, assistance in report preparation and recruitment processes, and financial management. Flexible working hours The ideal candidate will provide daily operational support, maintain organized documentation for audits, and assist in preparing reports and recruitment processes. Main responsibilities include financial management tasks such as invoicing, bank transactions, expense control, and payroll processing. The role also involves file organization and supporting contract drafting. Fluent and excellent English communication skills, both oral and written, are required. Proficiency in office software—particularly Excel—is essential. A university degree in Business Administration and Management (ADE) is considered a plus but is not strictly mandatory. This position offers an indefinite-term contract with flexible working hours and an annual gross salary ranging from €18,000 to €19,000.
