




Job Summary: We are seeking an administrative professional to manage quotations, orders, invoices, communications, and documentation, as well as interact with customers and third parties. Key Responsibilities: 1. End-to-end management of quotations, orders, delivery notes, and invoices. 2. Handling and managing communications (phone calls and emails). 3. Interacting with customers and efficiently resolving their needs. We are looking for a person to perform general administrative duties in Móstoles. Tasks include managing quotations, orders, delivery notes, and invoices. The candidate will also be responsible for handling all incoming and outgoing phone calls and emails. In addition, they must draft, file, and review various administrative documents such as receipts, reports, memos, and spreadsheets. The candidate will interact with customers and third parties, managing their files and efficiently addressing their complaints or requirements. The contract is permanent, full-time, with an annual gross salary between 18.000€ and 22.000€.
