What will be your mission? You will play a key role in analyzing, developing, and executing renovation projects, change-of-use projects, and real estate asset optimization, ensuring technical feasibility, cost control, and regulatory compliance. Main Responsibilities: ▪ Technical analysis and feasibility assessment of real estate projects. ▪ Preparation and coordination of projects and technical documentation. ▪ Planning, monitoring, and control of construction works (timelines, costs, and quality). ▪ Coordination with contractors, suppliers, and external teams. ▪ Supervision of permits, urban planning regulations, and the Spanish Technical Building Code (CTE). ▪ Technical support for investment decisions and asset improvement. Requirements: ▪ Degree in Technical Architecture / Building Engineering. ▪ Experience in construction project and real estate project management. ▪ Solid knowledge of regulations and construction processes. ▪ Organized, solution-oriented, and results-driven profile. ▪ Proficiency in technical and project management tools.
