The project includes structural interventions, installations, finishes, and compliance with current regulations. Main responsibilities: \- Organization and supervision of on-site construction work. \- Coordination of workers and subcontractors. \- Control of materials, tools, and machinery. \- Ensuring adherence to deadlines and execution quality. \- Implementation of occupational health and safety measures. ### **Requirements** \- Proven experience as a Site Manager in rehabilitation projects, preferably in the hotel sector. \- Knowledge of construction processes and Occupational Health and Safety (PRL) regulations. \- Leadership ability and team management skills. \- Residence in Málaga or willingness to commute. ### **What We Offer** \- Contract for specific work or service (9 months). \- Compensation commensurate with experience. \- High-profile project on the Costa del Sol. \- Stability throughout the project duration and collaboration with an established technical team.
