Job stability **What Are We Looking For?** We seek a Project Manager with experience in coordinating minor construction works, building maintenance, and incident management. The selected candidate will be responsible for the end-to-end management of adaptations and technical interventions in residential and commercial buildings, working directly with Management. We are looking for a candidate experienced in demanding environments, accustomed to working under deadlines, cost control, and managing multiple suppliers. Technical judgment, organizational ability, and real-time fieldwork monitoring capability are required. **Responsibilities** * End-to-end management of adaptation and maintenance projects. * Receipt and resolution of technical incidents. * Requesting, analyzing, and comparing construction budgets. * Coordination and scheduling of technicians and contractors. * Monitoring execution, controlling timelines and costs. * Occasional site visits for supervision and work control. * Processing and monitoring maintenance contracts. * Continuous communication with clients, suppliers, and Management. * Administrative control linked to each project. **Essential Requirements** * Minimum 5 years’ experience in real estate asset management, maintenance, or construction coordination. * Experience coordinating contractors and monitoring works. * Basic technical knowledge of construction and maintenance. * Organized, solution-oriented, and autonomous profile. * Proficiency in Excel and office software. * Personal vehicle. **What We Offer** * Immediate hiring. * Job stability. * Growing company with ongoing projects. * Dynamic work environment with autonomy and responsibility.
