The primary objective of the Cleaning Staff is to maintain hygiene, cleanliness, and order in floors and rooms. This role is essential to ensure a safe, healthy, and pleasant environment for employees, customers, property owners, and tenants. **Responsibilities:** Clean the room vacated for the next tenant. Notify the manager of any cohabitation issues / rule violations on the floor. Disinfect all surfaces. Perform cleaning of all interior areas of rented floors. **Requirements:** Previous experience in cleaning tasks, preferably in the residential or rental sector. Knowledge of appropriate cleaning techniques and products for different types of surfaces and materials. Attention to detail and ability to work in an organized and efficient manner.
