Collaborate with the real estate sales team We are looking for a **Financial Advisor** to join our team at Kìron. The selected candidate will be responsible for **analyzing clients’ financial situations and offering financing solutions**, primarily mortgages and other financial products, accompanying them throughout the entire process until the transaction is formalized. They will work in collaboration with the real estate offices of the **Tecnocasa Group**, managing the financing needs of buyers. Main Responsibilities * Advise clients on **mortgage financing and financial products**. * Analyze the client’s **economic situation and debt capacity**. * Identify and negotiate the best financing terms with various banking institutions. * Prepare and manage the documentation required for mortgage approval. * Monitor the client throughout the entire financing process until signing. * Collaborate with the real estate sales team to facilitate transaction closings. * Maintain direct contact with banking and financial institutions. Requirements * Minimum education: High school diploma or vocational training (studies in economics, Business Administration and Management, or finance will be valued). * Strong commercial and communication skills. * Ability to perform financial analysis. * Customer-oriented and results-driven mindset. * Experience in financial intermediation, banking, or the real estate sector will be valued (not mandatory).
