Job Summary: We are seeking an experienced Accountant to manage the end-to-end accounting of a real estate company operating under the Rent-to-Rent (R2R) model, ensuring financial control and tax compliance. Opportunity for professional growth and development We are looking for an **Accountant with a minimum of 5 years’ experience** to manage the full accounting operations of a real estate company specializing in the **Rent-to-Rent (R2R) by room model**. This role is critical to ensuring financial control, accurate allocation of income and expenses by partner and property, and tax compliance across a structure involving multiple legal entities. Main Responsibilities: * Full accounting management of the company under Spanish regulations. * Administration of **multiple accounting records by partners, properties, and business units**. * Bank reconciliations and revenue/expense tracking per property. * Preparation of monthly closings, financial reports, and profit-and-loss statements. * Invoicing control, supplier payments, and partner settlements. * Coordination with external tax advisors on tax filings (VAT, Personal Income Tax, Corporate Tax, etc.). * Monitoring of profitability per room/apartment (P&L per asset). * Implementation and improvement of accounting and financial processes. * Financial analysis support and decision-making assistance to management. Requirements: * **Minimum 5 years’ experience** as an Accountant or Accounting Manager. * Experience managing **multiple accounts or companies/partners simultaneously**. * Knowledge of the real estate sector (experience in R2R or rental operations is highly valued). * Proficiency in analytical accounting and cost-center-based control. * Proficiency in accounting software and advanced Excel. * High level of organization, confidentiality, and attention to detail. * Ability to work autonomously and in a structured manner. * Residency in Madrid or availability to work from the city.
