This role is essential to ensure a safe, healthy, and pleasant environment for employees, customers, owners, and tenants. ***Self-employment is mandatory*** **Responsibilities:** Clean the room vacated by the previous tenant for the next tenant. Notify the manager of any cohabitation issues / rule violations in the floor. Disinfect all surfaces. Perform thorough cleaning of all interior areas of rented floors. **Requirements:** Previous experience in cleaning tasks, preferably in the residential or rental sector. Knowledge of appropriate cleaning techniques and products for different types of surfaces and materials. Attention to detail and ability to work in an organized and efficient manner.
