The selected candidate will be responsible for leading the planning, coordination, and technical and economic supervision of on-site works, ensuring compliance with deadlines, quality standards, and applicable regulations. Key responsibilities: - Direction and supervision of on-site construction activities. - Coordination of technical teams and subcontractors. - Cost control, certifications, and budget monitoring. - Document management and compliance with technical and safety regulations. - Liaison with clients, project design teams, and public authorities. - Preparation of progress reports and scheduling documents. ### **Requirements** - Willingness to reside in Málaga. - Degree in Civil Engineering, Civil Engineering (Roads, Canals and Ports), or equivalent. - Extensive experience as Civil Works Manager, preferably in railway or linear infrastructure projects. - Advanced knowledge of technical regulations, Occupational Health and Safety (OHS) legislation, and project management. - Proficiency in planning tools (e.g., MS Project, Primavera) and technical software. - Leadership skills, decision-making ability, and results-oriented mindset. - Willingness to relocate geographically according to project requirements.
