At Savills España, an international real estate consultancy, we are looking to hire an Associate Director to join the Industrial \& Logistics Division at our offices in Málaga. Responsibilities: * Identify potential clients and business opportunities within the Logistics division with the aim of maximizing its performance. * Analyze assets, design proposals, advise investors, negotiate, execute and close transactions. * Assess the financial viability of projects, design, present and execute investment and divestment strategies. * Manage the team of consultants, leading project management according to business needs. * Coordinate and collaborate with other departments within the company. * Degree in Business Administration, Economics, Architecture, Engineering or similar fields. * Required experience in the sector of 5\-8 years: preferably a minimum of 5 years in the logistics sector and 2\-3 years in investments. * Advanced level of English. * Advanced proficiency in Office Suite (Excel \- PowerPoint). * Interest and curiosity about the real estate sector, with a financial focus. * Analytical, organized individual with strong teamwork skills.
