




Job Summary: We are seeking an experienced and highly organized Accounting and Administrative Assistant to manage documentation, invoices, payments, and banking and public procedures, supporting real estate projects. Key Responsibilities: 1. Comprehensive management of accounting, financial, and corporate documentation. 2. Key administrative support for real estate projects. 3. Procedures with public and notarial authorities. "A company dedicated to the management and development of real estate projects, with over 10 years of presence in Spain and more than 30 years of experience in high-end real estate developments, is expanding its operations in Málaga and seeks to incorporate into its team: An experienced Accounting and Administrative Assistant with a high level of organization" Main responsibilities include: \- Management and filing of accounting, financial, and corporate documentation. \- Provision of information and documentation to accounting advisors. \- Registration and control of supplier and customer invoices. \- Preparation of payments and supplier follow-up. \- Operational management of bank accounts and banking procedures. \- Management of applications, permits, and licenses before municipal and public bodies. \- Administrative support for real estate projects. \- General notarial procedures. \- Support in general office administration. Requirements: \- Education in Accounting, Administration, Finance or related field. \- Minimum 2 years of experience in a similar position. \- Solid knowledge of general accounting. \- Experience in document and administrative management. \- Experience in supplier payments and invoice control. \- Knowledge of procedures with public authorities (real estate sector experience is valued). \- Proficiency in Excel and office software. \- Responsible, proactive, and discreet individual.
