




#### **Your mission** **Reception**: * Welcome all visitors in a professional manner and notify the relevant staff of their arrival. * Efficiently manage phone calls, messages, and general email accounts. * Receive, register, and distribute incoming and outgoing mail and shipments. * Maintain a clean and organized reception area and ensure meeting rooms are in optimal condition. * Provide administrative support, including data entry, document scanning, and filing. **Administrative Responsibilities:** * Insurance entity management: Coordinate policy enrollments, renewals, and claims related to property, vehicle, or other company asset insurances. * Supplies and services: Handle administrative procedures for establishing services with utility providers such as electricity, water, internet, and other essential services. * Support in vehicle procurement operations: Assist in negotiations with suppliers, coordinate logistical transfers, and carry out necessary administrative procedures for acquiring company vehicles. * Processing official forms: Complete documentation and forms required by public agencies, such as the Junta de Andalucía, under supervision from the legal department. * Tax and administrative procedures: Support activities related to fees, taxes, and other administrative processes, always backed by the legal team. * Property incident management: Coordinate and follow up on incidents or needs in both company-managed properties and the company's own offices and premises. #### **Your profile** **Requirements**: * Experience in administrative tasks or similar role: minimum of 2 years. * Education: University degree (Business Administration, Labor Relations, Law, or similar). * Proficiency in office tools: primarily Excel and Word. * Availability of at least 30 hours per week, with start date no later than September. * Languages: English/Spanish. #### **Why us?** **REMS is the leading premium Airbnb accommodation management company in Spain.** We offer our guests unforgettable holiday experiences, and to property owners a comprehensive service covering real estate, renovations, interior design, rental management, and housekeeping in the most exclusive locations on the Costa del Sol.
