Housekeeping Supervisor for Tourist Rentals

#### **Your mission** **Job Objective** ----------------------- Efficiently supervise and coordinate daily cleaning operations across tourist properties, ensuring compliance with quality standards, proper execution of the cleaning schedule, and an optimal guest experience. This role combines administrative tasks with on-site inspections and field management.**Main Responsibilities** ------------------------- ### **Administrative** * Plan and adjust the daily/weekly cleaning rosters. * Coordinate tasks in property management systems such as Breezeway, Hostaway, Drive, and others. * Record check-ins, check-outs, incidents, and pending tasks. * Communicate to Guest Services (GS) which units are ready and the overall operational status. * Prepare daily and weekly reports on performance and task completion. * Report and follow up on maintenance issues identified during cleaning. * Dispatch cleaning staff to properties. * Handle door access requests and other requirements from cleaning staff. * Manage logistics for laundry delivery and collection by the distribution team. * Monitor inventory levels of cleaning supplies. ### **On-Site** * Inspect properties before declaring them ready (Mystery Visits). * Perform cleaning tasks when required by workload. * Support cleaning staff when delays occur due to missed handovers. * Ensure adherence to cleaning protocols, presentation standards, and equipment specifications. * Provide on-shift support and guidance to cleaning staff. * Verify the presence and condition of cleaning and decorative inventory. * Conduct touch-ups and visual quality control checks. * Document incidents with photos and notes in management platforms. #### **Your profile** **Job Requirements** ------------------------- * Prior experience supervising cleaning or managing operational aspects of tourist accommodations. * Leadership, organizational, and problem-solving skills. * Proficiency with digital tools and operational management applications (preferred). * Flexibility to work weekends and public holidays if required. * Strong communication and interpersonal skills. * Proactive, solution-oriented, and quality-focused attitude. * Valid driver's license. #### **Why us?** **REMS is Spain’s leading premium Airbnb property management company.** We deliver unforgettable holiday experiences to our guests and offer property owners a comprehensive service covering real estate, renovations, interior design, rental management, and housekeeping — all in the most exclusive locations along the Costa del Sol.
