If you want to make an impact that changes customers' lives, there is no better place to develop your career. **Your day-to-day:** Act as an IQOS brand ambassador in Spain, ensuring sales and consumer experience standards, and guaranteeing an excellent consumer journey. Contribute to daily operational functioning by maintaining service and performance aligned with the brand's premium positioning. * DAILY OPERATIONS: Ensure the proper functioning of the point of sale by making relevant communications to the supervisor when necessary. Includes active sales, prioritizing quality sales, as well as after-sales services, adapting communication based on the customer and demonstrating active listening and appropriate body language. * REPORTING: Properly execute assigned tasks to ensure reporting and accurately input both customer and store operational data. * VISUAL MERCHANDISING: Always follow the visual merchandising guidelines according to PMI's principles. * MYSTERY SHOPPING: Actively participate in achieving satisfactory results, engaging in role plays, internalizing improvement points, and collaborating with the team. * CROSS-FUNCTIONAL TASKS: Properly perform and follow up on assigned tasks or projects, proposing improvement points and showing a high level of involvement and commitment. **What we are looking for:** * Work location: Malaga * Availability to work 36 hours. Rotating shifts on weekends. * Mandatory high school diploma. * Proficiency in Excel at user level. * English level (B2 – C1) and native/C1 Spanish. * Essential retail sector experience, preferably in luxury boutiques, with personalized customer service. * Flexible working hours. * Teamwork, proactivity, and autonomy. * Flexibility and adaptability. * Passion for sales and customer service. * Work permit for the EU. **What we offer:** * Training provided by the company. * Indefinite contract. * Fixed salary + variable based on your performance + meal vouchers. * Job stability and a good working environment.
