Dynamic environment in the premium sector with autonomy **Job Description** A leading company in luxury vacation rental housing, managing a portfolio of 60 villas located in Marbella and Estepona, is looking to hire a **Maintenance Manager** to lead the technical department and guarantee the optimal condition of our property portfolio, as well as direct and coordinate the resolution of any arising deficiencies. We seek a candidate with technical education () and extensive experience in maintenance and installation management for luxury single-family homes and apartments, capable of coordinating and leading internal work teams and external suppliers to: Provide effective solutions to incidents affecting habitability: water and electricity supply, residential and pool climate control (conventional systems and aerothermal), garden irrigation systems, photovoltaic installations, domestic hot water, dampness, carpentry defects, painting, etc. * Inspection and commissioning of new properties added to the company’s management portfolio. * Adherence to deadlines for commissioning and improvement projects related to properties. The selected candidate will be responsible for the overall maintenance management of our properties, as well as for coordinating a team of 3 technicians reporting to them and a network of specialized suppliers. **Main Responsibilities** * Supervise and coordinate preventive and corrective maintenance of properties * Manage and lead a team of 3 maintenance technicians * Diagnose and resolve technical incidents (electricity, plumbing, climate control, etc.) * Plan periodic inspections and quality control of installations * Coordinate with external suppliers and control costs * Implement improvements and optimize maintenance processes * Ensure high-quality standards aligned with the luxury segment **Requirements** * Education: Technical Engineering / Technical Architecture or equivalent * Minimum 3\-5 years’ experience in facility maintenance (residential, hospitality or similar) * Solid knowledge of: * Electricity * Plumbing * Climate control (HVAC) * Swimming pools and hydraulic systems * Experience managing teams * Organizational ability, leadership, and problem-solving skills * Valid driver’s license **Preferred Qualifications** * Experience in the hospitality or vacation rental sector * Proactive profile oriented toward excellence * Knowledge of home automation and smart systems **We Offer** * Stable project within a growing company * Competitive salary based on experience * Opportunities for professional growth and development * Dynamic environment in the premium sector * Autonomy and decision-making responsibility * Annual gross salary according to candidate’s value: €30\.000 \- €36\.000.
