Development within the insurance sector Commercial Manager Position in Madrid We are currently seeking professionals for commercial roles within the insurance sector in Madrid. Key responsibilities will include handling inbound calls from existing and potential customers, with a focus on acquiring new customers. Cross-selling activities will also be carried out, along with providing customer service—including advice and resolution of inquiries. A high school diploma, higher vocational training qualification (FP Grado Superior), or university degree is required, with the possibility of validating the qualification. Prior sales experience is desirable; strong communication skills, a strong customer orientation and goal-orientation, as well as the ability to work effectively in a team, will be highly valued. A permanent contract is offered, with an annual fixed salary of 21,000 euros plus performance-based incentives. Working hours are in the afternoon, starting between 14:00 and 14:30, with 7.5 working hours per day from Monday to Friday, and weekend work may be required if necessary.
