




***Description*** In the charm of one of the most visited places in Spain and especially in Aragón, El Monasterio de Piedra (Nuévalos/Zaragoza) needs to hire a COOK with excellent skills and professional experience, passion for cooking and creativity. Main responsibilities: • Prepare dishes according to specifications set by the Head Chef and Hotel Director. • Plan and prepare daily work. • Preparation of hot and cold dishes. • Proper plating. • Report on current status and available stock. • Work as part of a team with other cooks and assistants. • Knowledge of and compliance with food safety and hygiene standards during preparation. - ***Salary according to collective agreement, but improvements may be considered based on*** ***demonstrable professional experience.*** ***Minimum requirements*** - Flexibility and adaptability to work rotating shifts, including weekends and public holidays. - Valid work permit. - Knowledge of food hygiene and safety regulations. - Food handling training. - Ability to adapt menu items according to dietary restrictions and allergies. - Knowledge of cooking techniques and cuisines of various types. - Empathy and willingness to work as part of a team. ***Desired requirements*** Driver’s license and personal vehicle.
