Professional development and internal growth **JOIN OUR TEAM!** Negratín is looking for a **Civil Site Manager** to join our **Energy and Installations** team, leading the construction of large-scale photovoltaic plants. **Location:** Málaga **Department:** Energy and Installations **Start Date:** Immediate **Reports to:** Site Manager What will be your mission? Ensure proper execution of the civil scope of the photovoltaic project under construction through efficient planning, organization, control, and coordination of activities, resources, equipment, and information — meeting scheduled timelines, technical specifications, and budget constraints, thereby delivering an efficient and reliable project outcome for all stakeholders. Education * Higher Vocational Training Certificate (CFGS) * Higher vocational training in civil engineering * Preferred academic specialization: * Civil Engineering (Roads, Canals, and Ports) * Specific training in project management and planning * Master’s degree in Renewable Energy Experience * Minimum 5 years’ experience managing civil works for large-scale photovoltaic projects (above 50 MW) * Experience leading multidisciplinary teams and coordinating subcontractors * International experience is valued Key Competencies * Interpretation of civil drawings * Advanced knowledge of earthworks * Applicable quality, safety, and environmental regulations * Industry knowledge and trends * Project planning, execution, and control methodologies * Project profitability and feasibility analysis * Interaction with subcontractors and suppliers * Management and development of multidisciplinary teams * Knowledge of cost control in construction Languages * Advanced English is desirable.
