Opportunity for professional and positive ambassadorship **Role overview:** We are seeking a proactive and personable membership development \& outreach coordinator to strengthen relationships with existing members and actively support the growth of our association by engaging and recruiting new members. This role is ideal for someone who enjoys communication, relationship\-building, and representing an organization with professionalism and credibility. **Key responsibilities:** * Proactively contact existing association members by phone and email to maintain engagement, provide updates, and strengthen relationships. * Follow up with members regarding renewals, benefits, events, and initiatives. * Identify, research, and actively reach out to potential new members. * Clearly explain the value, services, and benefits of membership. * Maintain accurate records of contacts, conversations, and outcomes. * Collaborate with the team to support membership growth strategies. * Act as a professional and positive ambassador of the association at all times. **Required skills \& profile:** * Strong communication skills, especially confident and friendly phone manner. * Advanced level of English and Spanish required, writing and verbal skills * Comfortable with outbound calls and relationship\-based outreach. * Well\-organized, reliable, and detail oriented. * Self\-motivated and able to work independently. * Professional, respectful, and service\-oriented attitude. * Previous experience in sales, customer service, membership organizations, or business development is an advantage. **Position details:** * Office working hours.10:00\-18:00 * Salary \+ commission target * Training and support provided.
