Job Description We are seeking a Financial Controller with at least 3 years of experience in expansion and corporate growth strategies. The role will be responsible for leading financial planning, structuring financing models, and optimizing profitability within a dynamic and growing environment. Responsibilities Design and implement financial strategies aligned with the company’s expansion plan. Analyze investment opportunities, mergers, and acquisitions. Optimize capital structure and manage relationships with investors and financial institutions. Oversee accounting, treasury, and management control functions, ensuring financial stability. Implement scalable financial models to maximize profitability. Assess financial risks and develop mitigation plans. Collaborate closely with senior management in strategic decision-making. Requirements Solid knowledge of corporate finance, M&A, fundraising, and tax optimization. Strong analytical and strategic capabilities for financial decision-making. Leadership, negotiation, and communication skills. Degree in Finance, Economics, Business Administration or related field; MBA or financial certifications (CFA, CPA) are advantageous. Preferred Qualifications Experience in the food industry. Familiarity with Italian products and proficiency in Italian language is highly valued but not mandatory. Experience working in companies undergoing expansion phases. Proficiency in BI tools and financial digitalization.
