Responsibilities will include direct customer service, preparation of customized quotations, processing of insurance policies, and active participation in the sale of insurance products. Additionally, incident handling, claims processing, and other essential administrative duties required for the role will be performed. A university degree or medium/higher vocational qualification in administration and finance—or related fields—is required. Proficiency in Microsoft Office—particularly Excel and Word—is advantageous, as is the willingness to adapt to and use new management software. Prior experience in the insurance sector or in sales roles will be positively considered. We seek a commercially oriented individual capable of identifying business opportunities, possessing strong communication skills, teamwork abilities, and a dynamic attitude. A valid driver’s license and personal vehicle are required to access the workplace. An indefinite-term full-time contract is offered.
