




Job Summary: We are seeking a person to provide administrative support, managing files, invoices, correspondence, basic accounting, and resolving incidents for daily organizational operations. Key Responsibilities: 1. Comprehensive administrative support in document and accounting management. 2. Management of telephone and email communications. 3. Coordination and resolution of administrative incidents. We need someone to provide administrative support in Llanera, Asturias. Tasks include organizing and archiving files, both physically and digitally. You will also be responsible for reviewing and tracking invoices, purchase orders, and delivery notes. You will serve as the primary telephone contact point and manage email correspondence. You will provide support in basic accounting, recording expenses and performing reconciliations. A key part of your role will be coordinating and resolving administrative incidents, maintaining updated databases, and preparing reports. Your work will be essential to daily organizational efficiency. We are looking for a candidate with a minimum recognized disability of 33%. A university degree in Business Administration and Management (ADE) or similar, or a Higher Vocational Training Degree in Administration and Finance, is valued. A permanent full-time employment contract is offered, with morning and afternoon shifts. Salary will be negotiated according to experience.
