




DESCRIPTION SAFA Foundation is seeking an administrator to perform the duties of Center Administrator for a temporary replacement at our Écija center. The ideal candidate will be responsible for ensuring the proper economic, administrative, and asset management of the center, guaranteeing regulatory compliance, accounting reliability, budget execution, and effective coordination with Central Management, the General Manager, and the Leadership Team. Three years of experience in similar positions are required. This is an excellent opportunity to join an established organization and contribute to its operational and financial success. A substitution contract is offered, with working hours and remuneration according to the VII Collective Agreement for Private Education Institutions Fully or Partially Funded by Public Resources. Main responsibilities include: * Accounting registration of all the center’s economic transactions. * Budget control and monitoring, coordinated with Central Management. * Verification and reconciliation of accounting balances. * Preparation of the annual budget and the draft budget for the following fiscal year. * Filing and safekeeping of accounting and administrative documentation. * Execution of authorized collections and payments. * Preparation of periodic economic reports. * Inventory, maintenance, and general services management. * Settlement of fees, grants, and subsidies. * Banking management according to granted powers. * Updating of the personnel database and communication of changes. * Submission of data for payroll processing and labor procedures. * Preparation of employment contracts and implementation of remuneration decisions. * Review of expense justifications and support for accountability reporting. * Coordination of Administration and Services staff. * Processing of economic claims and support in implementing the collective agreement. * Any other duties assigned by the entity holding ownership. Application deadline: January 20, 2026, at 14:00 REQUIREMENTS **Education** * **Higher Vocational Training Cycle in Administration and Finance or equivalent.** A Bachelor’s Degree or Diploma in Business Administration, Economics, Labor Relations, or similar is desirable. * Solid knowledge of accounting, budgeting, and administrative management. **Experience** * Minimum of three years’ experience in accounting, budgetary, or similar administrative functions. * Proficient use of accounting software and office tools (especially Excel). * Experience in document management and administrative archiving. Experience liaising with auditors, consulting firms, or economic departments.
