We were born free, aiming to break conventions and step beyond the ordinary. ***What will be your contribution and role as Accounts Payable Executive?*** **Manage the assigned supplier portfolio**, ensuring accurate updating of accounts in the accounting system and timely execution of payments, working closely with other departments to guarantee an excellent experience for our suppliers and the smooth operation of the Accounts Payable area. ***Your responsibilities:*** * Supplier account management. * Updating supplier accounts in the accounting system. * Preparation of budgets and execution of biweekly payments. * Handling and managing supplier claims via email and telephone. * Managing and tracking disputes with suppliers. * Claiming and controlling debtor balances.
