




We are seeking a professional for a prominent telecommunications company headquartered in Fuenlabrada. The position is permanent and forms part of a stable project directly with the company, offering a solid and long-term career opportunity. Main responsibilities include cultivating and enhancing relationships with existing clients, ensuring their satisfaction through proactive post-sales follow-up. This involves identifying opportunities to offer additional products or services, as well as resolving any issues that may arise, efficiently coordinating with other departments to guarantee effective solutions and client retention. Managing a portfolio of 60–80 clients will be essential, covering both maintenance and development of these commercial relationships. The offer includes a permanent contract with its corresponding probationary period. Working hours are 40 hours per week: Monday to Thursday, 08:30–17:30, including a 30-minute lunch break, and Fridays, 08:30–14:00. Annual salary ranges between €18,000 and €21,000, supplemented by a variable compensation scheme, a company vehicle, and a Solred card. Flexible working hours and a hybrid work model are offered. * Minimum 1 year’s experience in telecommunications sales, either as a call center agent or face-to-face sales representative. * Valid driver’s license and availability for in-person visits (Madrid region, occasionally Toledo, Guadalajara, or Ávila). * Ability to probe, close negotiations, and identify client needs. * Prior experience in the telecommunications sector (mandatory): Previous experience with Vodafone, Movistar, Orange, or similar providers. * Prior experience managing client retention at Vodafone and handling its internal tools is highly valued. * Technical competencies: Proficient use of CRM systems, reporting tools, Excel, and email.
