We are currently seeking to hire a Senior IT Solutions Architect to participate in strategic projects within a highly regulated environment. The selected candidate will assume end\-to\-end responsibility for solution architecture, working closely with multidisciplinary teams (security, data, infrastructure, and cloud) and aligning solutions with the enterprise-wide architecture strategy. This role focuses on the design and evolution of complex architectures—including As\-Is, Transition, and Target scenarios—as well as on defining technology strategies and roadmaps. It involves approaches such as Decision Driven Design and reference frameworks including BIAN, TOGAF, and ArchiMate, within API-driven, microservice-based, and cloud platform environments (AWS and Azure). Additionally, the role plays a key part in technological transformation initiatives—including legacy system modernization and decommissioning—contributing to the adoption of new architectures and more efficient operational models. REQUIREMENTS ### **Technical Requirements** #### **Mandatory** * Solid experience (\+5 years) in IT solutions architecture within financial or highly regulated environments * Domain knowledge in finance, especially in finance and risk areas * Experience in end\-to\-end architecture design and definition of viable solutions aligned with IT standards * Knowledge and application of architecture frameworks such as TOGAF, BIAN, and ArchiMate * Experience with API-based, microservice-based, and cloud environments (AWS and/or Azure) * Experience in technological transformation, including legacy systems, greenfield, and brownfield projects * Ability to document complex architectures (As\-Is, Transition, Target) * Experience in defining technology strategies and roadmaps * Advanced communication skills and ability to engage with both technical and business stakeholders * High level of English (C1\) #### **Desirable** * Experience in Decision Driven Design * Proficiency with enterprise architecture tools such as Avolution Abacus * Experience in financial system migrations (especially General Ledger) * Ability to manage ambiguity and facilitate decision-making * Organizational and prioritization skills in high-demand environments * Ability to work under pressure and adapt quickly to new contexts * Experience in risk management within regulated environments
