The role involves executing an assigned stock replenishment route across hypermarkets and large retail stores, primarily located in the Vigo area and extending to Pontevedra and Santiago. Key responsibilities focus on ensuring optimal product presence at assigned points of sale, including stores such as Alcampo, Carrefour, and Hipercor. The selected candidate will be responsible for physically restocking products, organizing them on shelves and displays according to the brand’s established presentation and ordering criteria. In addition to product placement, continuous space conditioning is required—keeping shelves fully stocked, orderly, and visually appealing to the end consumer. An integral part of the role is inventory control and stock rotation, ensuring that displayed items are in perfect condition and that those failing to meet quality standards or expiry date requirements are removed. This control directly contributes to the operational efficiency of the point of sale and to customer satisfaction. The role also includes an administrative and daily reporting task: taking and submitting photographs (before and after intervention) of shelf conditions via a dedicated mobile application. This documentation is essential for activity tracking and communication with the end client of the company providing the service. Previous experience in shelf replenishment tasks within supermarkets or hypermarkets is required; operational familiarity with major retail chains in the geographic work area is especially valued. A personal vehicle and a valid Class B driver’s license are mandatory to travel between the various retail locations comprising the assigned daily route.
