Definition and improvement of processes using specific machinery and products We seek a professional with experience managing services in industrial environments, capable of coordinating technical teams and motivated to optimize processes, drive continuous improvement, and make decisions. The selected candidate will manage services in the Principality of Asturias within a technically demanding environment. Daily responsibilities include coordinating and supervising industrial cleaning services, ensuring technical execution, regulatory compliance, and resource optimization. Key duties include planning and supervising cleaning operations in industrial environments, defining and improving processes using specific machinery and products, maintaining direct contact with clients to manage incidents, leading teams across various facilities, scheduling shifts and substitutions, and conducting periodic follow-up visits. We offer an indefinite-term contract, competitive salary, full-time schedule from Monday to Thursday with shortened Fridays during summer, 26 working days of vacation, continuous training, and benefits including life insurance, flexible compensation plan, psychological support, and internal club advantages.
