Job Summary: We are seeking a plumber/air conditioning technician to carry out air conditioning and plumbing installations, interpret blueprints, and supervise quality. Key Points: 1. Stable position with an indefinite discontinuous fixed-term contract Alliance Control is currently searching for a plumber/air conditioning technician to work with one of our clients located in Madrid. **Working Hours:** **Monday to Friday:** 07:00 to 15:30 **Requirements:** 20-hour course in plumbing and air conditioning Valid driver's license (valuable) Training in Working at Heights and Mobile Elevating Work Platforms (MEWPs) **Responsibilities:** * Performs air conditioning and plumbing installations across various infrastructures. * Installs air ducts, water networks, air conditioning equipment, and aerothermal systems. * Interprets blueprints and coordinates with other trades to avoid interference. * Supervises work quality and verifies installation watertightness. * Complies with technical, environmental, and occupational safety regulations. * Uses PPE correctly and applies preventive measures on site. * Reports progress and incidents to the site manager and coordinates with the team. * Trains and guides assistants, ensuring compliance with client standards. * Any other duties required for the position. **Conditions:** Indefinite discontinuous fixed-term contract Gross annual salary of €21.263,31 under the category of Operator/Assistant, according to the Madrid Community Iron and Steel Industry Collective Agreement, paid in 12 installments Stable position
