Advanced Excel and digital tools proficiency. **Description** --------------- **The Role** The primary responsibility of this position is to manage claims for clients whose policies WTW has placed in the market, adhering to established processes to deliver consistent, high-quality client service while enabling the candidate to gain knowledge of the insurance sector and related doctrines. Key responsibilities include: * Opening claims * Reviewing claims * Preparing loss ratio reports upon request from account executives and clients * Issuing weekly reports for KPI analysis * Verifying that the insured risk stated in the policy matches the client’s actual risk * Supporting Claims Executives * Cross-checking and providing claim documentation to the provider, and monitoring claim progress * Managing claim settlements and deductibles * Recording activities both in the company’s proprietary tools and using advanced Excel for analysis of available information * Liaising with insurers regarding required documentation as stipulated in the insurance contract signed between the insurer and the public administration * Analyzing claims experience of public administrations and preparing required information in accordance with technical specifications outlined in the tender documents for the insurance service covering property damage and extra-contractual civil liability of the respective public administration * Recording property civil liability (RC) claims for Madrid City Council * Managing administrative resolutions received primarily from Madrid City Council, and to a lesser extent from other public administrations (AAPP) * Registering claims from other public administrations **Qualifications** ------------------ **Minimum Requirements** * We are seeking a motivated individual eager to learn and grow into an insurance sector professional * Currently pursuing or having completed a degree in Law, Business Administration and Management (ADE), Economics, or a related Higher Vocational Training qualification * Interest in the insurance sector and willingness to acquire technical knowledge in claims management * Advanced Excel proficiency and comfort with digital tools * Analytical ability and attention to detail, with a strong focus on quality and accuracy * Communication and teamwork skills to collaborate effectively with diverse stakeholders (clients, insurers, public administrations) * Availability for full-time employment We’re committed to equal employment opportunity and provide application, interview and workplace adjustments and accommodations to all applicants.
