




We are seeking administrative staff for customer service with at least two years of demonstrable prior experience in a similar position. Responsibilities will include managing warranties and spare parts, primarily through telephone communication with international customers. Additionally, the position involves maintaining contact with suppliers to support the Purchasing Department and providing assistance to the Accounting Department. A vocational qualification at Intermediate Level in Administration and Management or International Secretarial Studies is required. Proficiency in English or German at an upper-intermediate level (minimum B2 equivalent) and proficiency in Microsoft Office are essential. A university degree in Administration and Management or International Secretarial Studies will be considered an asset. The contract is permanent and full-time, with working hours from 9:00 to 17:30.
