




Job Summary: We are seeking an administrative assistant to comprehensively manage employment contracts, payroll, and labor incident tracking, including working hour registration and labor calendar organization. Labor incident tracking and calendar organization We are looking for a professional to fill the position of Administrative Assistant in Vélez\-Málaga. Main duties will include comprehensive management of employment contracts—from initial drafting and notification to competent authorities, through amendments and termination procedures—as well as proper registration of employee hires and terminations with the Social Security system. Additionally, the role involves full payroll management, calculating monthly remuneration—including all variable components—and managing payroll settlements and Social Security contributions. Effective monitoring of labor incidents—such as medical leaves or authorized absences—is required, along with employee working hour registration and organization of labor calendars, vacation schedules, and public holidays. Electronic notifications from public agencies will be managed, and documentation necessary for potential labor inspections will be prepared. A permanent part-time employment contract (27 hours per week) is offered. Working hours are Monday to Friday, 09:30–14:00, plus Tuesdays and Thursdays from 16:00–19:00\. The offered salary is 1\.000 euros per month.
