




Job Summary: We are seeking an experienced Administrative Assistant in the management of rental assistance files to review documentation, verify eligibility requirements, and assist applicants. In-person and telephone public service We are looking for a person to perform administrative tasks in Barcelona, with experience in managing and monitoring rental assistance files. Responsibilities will include reviewing documentation, verifying compliance with eligibility requirements, and assisting applicants. Proficiency in Catalan is essential. Duties will include receiving, registering, and verifying applications, checking submitted documentation such as rental contracts or income statements. The role also involves resolving incidents, keeping files up to date on relevant platforms, and providing in-person and telephone public service. A two-month temporary contract is offered, with potential extension, in a hybrid format and morning schedule, Monday through Friday from 8:00 to 14:00, amounting to a part-time workweek of six hours. The gross monthly salary will be 1\.164,09 €.
