




A services sector company is seeking an Accounting Administrator to work in Málaga and carry out the following tasks: * Recording and accounting of supplier and customer invoices. * Bank reconciliations and monitoring of financial transactions. * Control of collections, payments, and remittance management. * Support in preparing periodic tax filings (VAT, IRPF, etc.). * Maintenance and archiving of accounting and financial documentation. * Assistance in the preparation of financial statements, monthly and annual closings. * Coordination with other departments (purchasing, sales, logistics) for accurate accounting allocation. * Collaboration with external auditors in document preparation. Full-time schedule of 40 weekly hours from Monday to Friday during morning shifts between 07:00h and 15:00h, with breaks established by law. * Minimum of 2 years of prior experience required. * We are looking for a proactive and versatile individual. * Residence near the workplace is a plus. Relevant education in Administration and Finance or similar field.
