As part of our team, you will be responsible for ensuring that administrative and operational activities run smoothly and efficiently, providing support to various areas and contributing to the proper functioning of our institution. **Main Responsibilities:** * Manage and organize administrative documentation (enrollments, contracts, etc.). * Handle phone calls and emails related to administrative inquiries. * Coordinate and update student and client databases. * Prepare and manage administrative reports. * Support billing and student payment processing. * Perform filing and organization of physical and digital documents. * Collaborate with other departments to ensure effective administrative management. * Assist in planning and coordinating training activities. **Requirements:** * Previous experience in administrative roles or as an administrative assistant. * Proficiency in computer tools (MS Office, customer management platforms). * Ability to work quickly and under pressure while managing multiple tasks. * Strong verbal and written communication skills. * Attention to detail and high level of accuracy in tasks. * Proactive attitude, responsibility, and ability to work in a team.
