




We are looking for an **Accounting and Administrative Manager** with experience to join our team. The selected candidate will be responsible for the **administrative and accounting management** of our companies in Spain, as well as supporting the accounting operations of our subsidiaries in the United Kingdom and the United States. This is a **part-time position**, offering the possibility to combine on-site work in Spain with remote coordination with our international teams. **Main Responsibilities** * Comprehensive administrative management of the company in Spain. * Accounting tasks in Spain using **Holded**. * Support accounting operations in the United Kingdom using **QuickBooks**. * Support accounting operations in the United States using **Zoho Books**. * Preparation, control, and reconciliation of invoices, bank transactions, and payments. * Preparation of basic financial reports and periodic reports for management. * Coordination with tax advisors, HR consultants, and external auditors. * Support general administrative tasks related to company operations. **Requirements and Qualifications** * **Bachelor’s degree** in Accounting, Finance, Business Administration, or related fields. * **Minimum of 3 years’ experience** in a similar role. * Practical knowledge of accounting software (experience with Holded, QuickBooks, and/or Zoho Books is highly valued). * Fluency in **English**, both spoken and written. * Proficiency in office tools (Microsoft Excel, Google Workspace). * Strong organizational skills, autonomy, and attention to detail. * Ability to coordinate effectively with international teams. **We Offer** * A **part-time contract**. * A dynamic and international work environment. * Opportunities for growth within a group of companies operating in multiple countries.
