As pioneers and innovators in the cannabis industry, we invite you to join us and experience cannabis at its finest. ### **Your Profile** We are seeking a dedicated Production Operator to join our team in Breitenbach. In this role, you will support various stages of the production process, ensuring efficiency, quality, and safety across our operations. ### **Main Responsibilities** * Assist in various production tasks including trimming, packaging, and processing of cannabis products * Maintain a clean and organized work environment, complying with health and safety protocols * Monitor proper operation of production equipment and report any issues to the supervisor * Ensure accurate labeling and documentation of products * Participate in quality control measures to guarantee compliance with company standards * Collaborate with other team members to achieve daily production goals **Requirements** * Secondary education diploma or equivalent * Ability to stand and perform physical tasks continuously throughout the shift * Ability to lift up to 25 kg * Previous experience in a production or manufacturing role is an advantage * B2 level or higher in English; skills in German, Spanish, or French are a plus * Eligibility to work in Switzerland without the need for visa sponsorship ### **Work Conditions** * On-site work in Breitenbach, Canton of Solothurn, Switzerland — accessible by train from Basel and nearby stations Laufen and Zwingen * 45-hour work week, shifts from 7:00 to 16:00, including breaks **Benefits** * Opportunity to gain experience in one of the fastest-growing industries * Clear professional development path * Competitive salary * International and collaborative work environment * Option to choose between full-time employment or flexible contract of 3 to 6 months
