You will receive a salary from day one and, upon completion, obtain an official qualification certificate. * Your working hours are divided between actual work time at the company and time dedicated to online theoretical training: + First year: You will spend up to 65% of your maximum working hours on actual work. The remainder is allocated to online training. + Second year: Actual working time increases to up to 85%. * Your remuneration will be proportional to the time you actually work. According to the law: + First year: You will earn, at minimum, 65% of the salary stipulated in the collective agreement for your professional category. + Second year: You will earn, at minimum, 85%. * In any case, your salary will never fall below the Interprofessional Minimum Wage (SMI), proportionally adjusted to the hours worked.
