Carry out floral arrangements according to the quality and time indicators established by the company. **Main responsibilities:** Participate in handling flowers and floral arrangements. Perform and participate in cleaning, preparing, and conditioning indoor and outdoor plants and flowers, including watering them. Identify and handle tools, materials, and equipment commonly used in a florist shop. Assist in loading and unloading materials and goods for the store. Help with deliveries if necessary. Serve customers, taking orders directly, by phone, or electronically. Participate in designing and setting up displays, exhibition areas, and catalogs. Assist in auxiliary tasks carried out by the supervisor. Use natural resources, electricity, and fuels rationally. Properly segregate waste generated during work activities and deposit it in designated containers. Maintain a clean workspace and ensure equipment is well maintained. Report any environmental incidents or accidents (leaks, spills, discharges, etc.) to the organization's responsible person. **Job requirements:** School graduate (E.S.O) or Basic Vocational Training (FP). Other qualifications will be valued if at least 1 year of relevant experience is held. At least 1 year of experience as a florist. Knowledge of the sector is desirable. Additional training in Floral Art / Environmental Emergency Response / Environmental Best Practices is beneficial. English language skills are desirable. Proficiency in email and Microsoft Office suite.
