You will be responsible for leading the kitchen station, ensuring the quality and flavor of our pizzas and other dishes. We seek a person with initiative, proactivity, and a positive attitude. Ability to effectively identify and handle problems. Interest in learning the latest gastronomic trends and culinary improvements. Professional training from hospitality or culinary arts schools, or knowledge of pizza preparation and handling. Knowledge of food allergen handling. Compliance with good handling practices and HACCP. Experience in à la carte restaurants.
