Will you join us? **Location:** 100% remote. ### **What will be your challenges and responsibilities?** In this role, you’ll have the opportunity to learn firsthand how a Talent Acquisition team operates on a day-to-day basis. You’ll actively participate in recruitment processes and develop practical skills applicable across any Human Resources setting. Some of the tasks you’ll become familiar with include:* Posting job openings across various platforms and talent attraction channels. * Reviewing resumes and assisting in identifying candidates matching the required profiles. * Coordinating interviews and participating in initial candidate outreach. * Supporting logistical organization of interviews and other stages of the selection process. * Helping keep the candidate database and associated documentation up to date. * Providing general administrative support to the Talent Acquisition team. * And most importantly: you’ll contribute ideas and participate in continuous improvement initiatives, helping us rethink how we select, assess, and support talent. ### **How can you apply to the internship program?** We’re looking for someone eager to learn, grow, and contribute to the team with enthusiasm, commitment, and fresh ideas. To make the most of this experience, these are the qualifications we value:* Currently enrolled in a **university degree program** (Bachelor’s, Master’s, or Postgraduate) in Psychology, Labor Relations, Economics, Business Administration and Management (ADE), Human Resource Management and Development, Work Psychology, Personnel Selection and Career Development, or related fields. * Advanced level of Spanish (C1\). Knowledge of Catalan and English is a plus. * Ability to **sign a collaboration agreement** with your university or educational institution (curricular or extracurricular internships). Additionally, we’d love it if you have:* Motivation to learn and develop within the Human Resources field. * Interest in recruitment, selection, and talent management activities. * Initiative to propose ideas and participate in innovation projects within the area. * Enthusiasm for working in a dynamic, flexible, and collaborative environment. * Curiosity about using social media in talent attraction processes. * Strong communication and writing skills, both for interacting with candidates and collaborating within a team. * Creative mindset and proactive attitude toward continuously improving our work. * Commitment to your professional development and a mindset of lifelong learning. * Openness to collaborating with diverse individuals in a multicultural and evolving environment. ### **Benefits of joining our team** Joining our internship program means much more than learning—it’s about growing, contributing, and becoming part of a purpose-driven team.
