Will you join us? **Location:** 100% remote. ### **What will be your challenges and responsibilities?** In this role, you’ll have the opportunity to learn firsthand how a talent acquisition team operates day-to-day. You’ll actively participate in recruitment processes and develop practical skills applicable across any HR setting. Some of the tasks you’ll become familiar with include:* Posting job openings across various platforms and talent-attracting channels. * Reviewing resumes and assisting in identifying candidates matching target profiles. * Coordinating interviews and participating in initial candidate outreach. * Supporting logistical organization of interviews and other stages of the selection process. * Helping maintain an up-to-date candidate database and related documentation. * Providing general administrative support to the Talent Acquisition team. * And most importantly: you’ll contribute ideas and participate in continuous improvement initiatives, helping us rethink how we select, assess, and support talent. ### **How can you apply to the internship program?** We’re looking for someone eager to learn, grow, and enthusiastically contribute to our team with commitment and fresh ideas. To make the most of this experience, here are the qualifications we value:* Currently pursuing **university studies** (Bachelor’s, Master’s or Postgraduate) in Psychology, Labor Relations, Economics, Business Administration and Management (ADE), Human Resource Management and Development, Work Psychology, Personnel Selection and Career Development, or related fields. * Advanced level of Spanish (C1\). Knowledge of Catalan and English is a plus. * Ability to **sign a collaboration agreement** with your university or educational institution (curricular or extracurricular internships).
