As a Workday Functional Consultant, you will be responsible for supporting the implementation, configuration, and optimization of Workday modules for our clients, ensuring a smooth transition and meeting business objectives. You will work closely with internal teams and clients to ensure success at every project stage. **Key Responsibilities:** * Analyze business requirements and translate them into specific Workday configurations. * Design and configure functional solutions in modules such as HCM, Finance, Payroll, or Recruiting. * Collaborate with technical teams to ensure data integration and migration. * Conduct functional and user acceptance testing (UAT) to validate configurations. * Train key users and provide post\-implementation support. * Stay up to date with the latest Workday updates and functionalities. **Requirements:** * Proven experience as a Workday Functional Consultant * Strong knowledge of business processes related to Human Resources, Finance, or Talent Management. * Workday certification (desirable). * Ability to analyze complex problems and propose practical solutions. * Excellent communication skills and ability to work in a team. * Advanced level of English and Spanish.
