We are currently seeking a Volunteer Program Coordinator for our Madrid Headquarters. Responsibilities: * Design, implement, and execute the organization’s volunteer strategy and model. * Ensure the design, implementation, execution, and evaluation of the Volunteer Plan. * Supervise and coordinate volunteer activities at ACCEM, ensuring alignment with the organization’s values and objectives. * Plan volunteer recruitment, selection, onboarding, and training. * Identify, assess, and propose alternative funding sources for the development and sustainability of volunteer programs. * Ensure compliance with current volunteer-related legislation and ACCEM’s internal policies. * Prepare reports, indicators, and activity summaries for monitoring and evaluation. * Design and organize awareness-raising and volunteer promotion events and campaigns. * Ensure registration and tracking of volunteers in required internal applications and systems. * Coordinate internally across departments and externally with organizations, networks, and platforms related to volunteering. * Promote continuous service improvement through innovation and periodic evaluation. * Carry out other tasks necessary for service delivery. Offered: * Indefinite-term contract * Full-time schedule, Monday to Friday, 08:00–15:00, with flexible start and end times. * Possibility of remote work three days per week. * Annual gross salary: €39,000. **Profile:** * Academic Qualifications: University degree (preferably in social sciences, education, management, or related fields). * Experience: Minimum 3 years managing volunteer programs. * Languages: Minimum English level B2 (CEFR); knowledge of additional languages is an asset. * Specific Knowledge: Third sector, volunteer legislation, understanding of vulnerable groups. * Digital Competencies: Advanced proficiency in office tools and digital platforms for volunteer management. * Availability: Willingness to travel and attend external events or meetings. * Personal and Professional Competencies: Effective communication, leadership, and teamwork. Proactive, collaborative, and solution-oriented attitude. Initiative, autonomy, and decision-making ability.
