Non-conformance management and support in corrective actions. **We are a leading company in the production and export of tropical fruits, specializing in mangoes and avocados.** We are looking for a **Quality Technician** committed to excellence. **Responsibilities:** * Control and monitoring of quality standards during the packaging process. * Verification of temperature, calibration, weight, labeling, and product conditions. * Production line inspection and release of finished products. * Daily documentation control and traceability records. * Non-conformance management and support in implementing corrective actions. * Ensuring regulatory compliance. * Supporting internal and external audits. **We Are Looking For:** * Technical or vocational education in a related field. * Minimum 2 years of experience in quality control. * Knowledge of food safety regulations. * Analytical skills. * Availability for rotating shifts. * Proficiency in basic computer tools (Excel, Word).
